Hmmm, I don’t think so. We had a co-ed team last yr and it was great. It depends on the guys. If they’re gay guys, hell no - you’ll be BFFs. If they’re straight, for some girls it’s a little awk. It’ll just be a diff relationship, ya know? It might be a little harder, but it might be just the same.

Yes! One on one time will help - you will build a stronger bond with your coach, so you can trust him. Also, he can really teach you how to get over it. You don’t feel pressured or uncomfortable like when you’re in a class, too. But to really get over a block, it has to come from within yourself. If you look back into the depths of my blog (haha, it’s back in there somewhere), there’s a GREAT article on how to get over a mental block.
